I’m about to pause New World Same Humans for the Christmas break. Before that, time for one last message:
A huge thank you for being a part of this community in 2021 🙏
In a world as noisy as this, attention is rare and precious. I never take yours for granted.
So thanks for reading and contributing this year. I love every part of making this newsletter, but the best part of all is corresponding with so many of you via email, and getting to know you in the NWSH Slack group.
It’s been a great 12 months for our community, capped by our first ever online event last week.
And in 2022, even more is coming. I’m working on my first cohort course, which will teach the trend and foresight methods that fuel this newsletter.
And the next evolution of NWSH is on the way: a subscription community that will give members access to longform, deeply researched monthly essays, live hangouts, interviews with leading thinkers, a book club, and more.
So, lots to come. But all of it in alignment with the mission I articulated for this newsletter when it launched in January 2020. That is, to empower you to navigate your way through our shared future, and to help build a better version of that future for all.
It only remains to wish you a very happy holiday season! 🎄🎁🕯️
I’ll meet you back here on Sunday 9 January. And together, we’ll set about examining what promises to be another historic year.
Until then,
David.
